Production Area: Vineyards located in Capezzine Cortona Arezzo at an altitude of 350 metres.
Agriculture technique: Plants are not treated with chemicals to prevent molds or pesticides. Tilling of the soil is kept to the bare minimum.
Wine making: All grapes are hand selected and picked. The resulting must is fermented in steel vats. Maceration lasts approximately 10 days at a temperature of 20 – 22 degrees Celcious. After having fermented the wine is passed once again into the steel vats in order to ensure and appropriate decanting process, afterwards the wine is briefly placed into medium to large sized wood barrels.

Colour: Lively Red ruby.
Scent: delicate, with traces of wood berries.
Taste: Rounded and harmonic, good persistence.
Serving Temperature: 18 °
Gastronomic couplings: First courses (typical pasta dishes), red meats. Wine will combine very well even with heavy dishes.
